missingWrote a review on Feb 12clean roomsdaily towel changeshotel layout
Clean rooms with daily towel changes. a decent ambiance for breakfast despite some issues.
Unusual hotel layout requires navigating multiple flights of stairs, presenting a challenge for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. The hotel's claim to feature a gym was misleading, and the lack of functional power outlets made charging devices inconvenient. Additionally, a broken window in one room led to noisy streets impacting sleep quality, while poor shower drainage caused water to spill into the bathroom. Lastly, some guests experienced issues with maintaining enough toilet paper during their stay, indicating a lack of consistency in housekeeping.

this hotel could be something special if only they cleaned the rooms properly and had functioning sound isolation. it was almost tolerable until I realized I deserved a complimentary upgrade for my struggles. sadly, the breakfast was a disaster too. what a missed opportunity for a great stay. I almost thought of giving them a good rating, but I just couldn’t.

The staff is incredibly helpful, eager to assist with bookings and suggestions for activities, creating a warm atmosphere that enhances your stay. We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded our room for free upon our return, showing their commitment to guest satisfaction.
The dining area can get a bit crowded during peak hours, making breakfast a little hectic.
